Fibre Optic Cable Splicing (CFOT) Specialist
A fast growing EME, based in the Gauteng, Pretoria is looking for a professional to join their team
The following are the minimum requirements:
Gr12 & NDip in Electrical Engineering Trade Test Certificate Fibre Optic Cable Splicing Competency (CFOT) 5+ years working experience in an Electrical Environment Power Station Experience
Skills and Competencies required
Expertise in Diagnosing and resolving network issues quickly to minimize downtime. Understanding of maintenance processes and technical objects. Knowledge of materials and spare parts availability. Ability to coordinate with operations, maintenance teams, and external vendors. Skills in planning and scheduling tasks efficiently. Reading and interpreting technical diagrams and blueprints, and maintaining detailed, accurate records of installations, repairs, test results, and cable routes.
