Job Summary You'll oversee the seamless delivery of food and beverage service across multiple outlets, ensuring every guest experience is polished and memorable. From coordinating shift schedules and mentoring staff to maintaining high operational standards and upholding health and safety protocols, you'll be at the heart of daily service excellence. Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in a 4* or 5* hospitality setting
- Proven ability to lead service teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and service protocols
- Skilled in staff training, performance appraisals, and shift scheduling
- Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Fosters a culture of accountability, motivation, and guest-centric service
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Adept at handling high-profile guests and resolving complaints with professionalism
- Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through personalized service
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable

- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
