Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' supervisory experience in a 4* or 5* hospitality setting
  • Proven ability to lead service teams in high-pressure environments
  • Strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including inventory control, cost management, and service protocols
  • Skilled in staff training, performance appraisals, and shift scheduling
  • Demonstrates proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Fosters a culture of accountability, motivation, and guest-centric service
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adept at handling high-profile guests and resolving complaints with professionalism
  • Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences through personalized service
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable
