Job Description
A Splendid Lodge in Limpopo is looking for a LODGE ANCHOR to join the team.
Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Qualification in Lodge/ F&B Management is an advantage
- Excellent F&B Knowledge
- Potentially able to fill the management role when lodge manager is on leave.
- Should enjoy interacting with guests.
- Confident with the lodge operations
- Able to work with a hands-on approach is essential.
- A valid driver's licence is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of wine, spirits and other beverages
- Excellent knowledge of people and managing staff and guests
