2. Training & Development
3. Standards & Procedueres (SOPs)
4. Daily Operations Oversight
5. Guest Experience & Quality Control

Requirements & Competencies:
- Proven experience in F&B supervisory
- Strong leadership & training abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Hands on mentality, flexible & solution oriented.
- Passion for hospitality, eco-tourism, and creating
