Job Summary Responsibilities: o Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service and adherence to brand standards. o Lead, motivate, and supervise all store staff to deliver exceptional customer service. o Manage staff rosters, attendance, and performance to ensure optimal shift coverage and productivity. o Conduct on-the-job training and coaching to build a skilled and customer-focused team. o Ensure strict food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance in line with company policies and health regulations. o Monitor and control costs, including labor, wastage, and stock, to achieve profitability targets. o Maintain accurate cash handling and daily banking procedures in accordance with audit requirements. o Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier management to ensure consistent product availability. o Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements. o Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally to maintain brand reputation. o Ensure marketing and promotional activities are implemented effectively at store level. o Uphold disciplinary standards, compliance, and HR procedures in line with company policies. Requirements: o Minimum 3 years' experience as a Fast Food / QSR Store Manager. o Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. o Proven ability to manage high-volume operations and deliver on KPIs.
