Salary:
Market-relatedMinimum Requirements:
LLB degree + Admission as an Attorney of the High Court
Based in Gauteng or willing to relocate
Proven Family Law litigation experience, including:
Opposed divorces
Matters relating to minor children (care, contact, guardianship)
Protection orders
Adoptions
Maintenance (applications & variations)
Preparation of Parenting/Parental Plans
Strong drafting, case management, and court appearance skills
