Job Description
Oversee daily factory operations to ensure efficiency, quality, safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Manage production, quality, and costs.
- Ensure equipment maintenance and employee management.
- Drive safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Lead communication, reporting, and escalation processes.
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Clothing Production Management.
Experience: Proven Clothing or Furniture Manufacturing Management experience essential.
