Our client a leading custom signage company is looking for a Factory Manager to join their team
Job Specification
Plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications
Production tracking and quality control to detect production challenges
Conduct factory audits to ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations
Optimise operational costs and productivity
Prepare and maintain production reports
Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management
Manage inventory levels and ensure that raw materials and finished products are stored and handled properly
Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures
Minimum Requirements
At least 5 - 6 years of experience in Factory Management (manufacturing)
Experience in signage manufacturing and installation
Experience working with cross-functional teams, in a fast-paced environment that is deadline-driven
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control
Computer literate (MS Office)
