Key Responsibilities:
Production Management Quality Control Cost Management Equipment maintenance Employee management Safety and compliance Communication and collaboration Process & Quality Improvement Reporting & Escalation
Experience and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field Proven experience in a manufacturing management role Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent problem-solving skills with decision making abilities Data driven approach familiarity with manufacturing processes Maintenance of quality control standards and relevant technologies. Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Skills:
Leadership Operational excellence Quality & Safety Analytics & Reporting Communication Continuous improvement process mapping
