Position Overview: We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Cleaner to join our team. The Factory Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our manufacturing facility. This is a full-time, permanent position with opportunities for growth and development within the company. Key Responsibilities: - Sweep, mop, and scrub floors in the production area, warehouse, and other designated areas - Empty and clean waste bins and dispose of trash in designated areas - Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas - Dust and wipe down surfaces, equipment, and machinery - Refill soap and paper dispensers as needed - Keep inventory of cleaning supplies and inform management when supplies need to be replenished - Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) while performing cleaning duties - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department - Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role preferred - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods - Ability to work independently and follow instructions - Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds - Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings if needed Benefits: - Competitive salary - Health insurance - Paid time off - Opportunities for growth and development within the company If you are a hardworking individual with a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment, we encourage you to apply for the Factory Cleaner position at Venture Resources.
