Facilities Manager - FourwyasOur Client based in Fourways in the Property Industry is looking for a Facilities Manager to join their teamSalary R600 000 - R860 000 per annum based on experienceMinimum requirements:National Diploma in Business Management, Facilities Management, Project Management, or a related fieldAdditional certifications in Health & Safety (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Samtrac) are advantageousMinimum of 5-15 years of experience in operations management, facilities management, or project management within the commercial, retail, or student accommodation sectorsExperience managing Building Management Systems (BMS) in commercial properties would be advantageousProficient in MS Office Suite and property management software (e.g., MDA, MRI)Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and background in facilities upgrades related to energy efficiency and sustainabilityOccasional travel in and out of provinces Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of office buildings (both government and privately tenanted), retail centres, and student accommodation facilitiesManage facilities maintenance teams to ensure optimal operation of infrastructure, including HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, and water reticulation systemsPrepare, manage, and monitor operational budgets for all properties within the portfolioLead tenant installations, refurbishments, and upgrade projects within office, retail, and student accommodation propertiesEnsure that all properties comply with health and safety regulations, including those related to occupational health and safety (OHS) standardsNegotiate contracts with service providers for cleaning, security, waste management, and other operational needsProvide monthly operational reports to senior management, including maintenance issues, safety compliance, and financial performanceConsultant: Thandi Speelman - Dante Personnel JohannesburgApply via our website www.dantesa.co.zaIf you do not hear from us within 5 days, please accept that your application was unsuccessfulFor more information please contact:Thandi Speelman
