Job Summary An exciting opportunity is available for a Facilities Manager to join our team.
As the Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including maintenance, admin and staff management.
Your duties will include developing maintenance procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in facilities management.
The candidate needs to be able to get involved in jobs and supervise projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing all maintenance
  • Managing facility budgets and expenses
  • Ability to manage paperwork and other admin related requirements
  • Dealing with plumbing and electrical repairs
  • Supervising maintenance staff and external contractors
