Responsibilities:
- Building maintenance and repairs
- Health and safety
- Manage the facilities budget for maintenance, repairs and upgrades
- Supplier management
- Manage sub-ordinates
- Develop a proactive maintenance strategy
- Physical security and parking management
- Matric / relevant qualification
- Extensive experience in facilities management including security, health and safety and management of supplier contracts
