As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure that they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.
Minimum Requirements

• A tertiary qualification in a relevant field
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Facilities Management in a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
• A minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in managing a team of people
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
• Proficiency in a CMMS and Microsoft Office (advantageous)

• Perform Operations management function - Manage the team to execute FM service according to the SLA
• Execute System and Quality management - Ensure all services are delivered to agreed quality standards
• Management of contractors and Service providers - Manage contractors and suppliers to deliver supplementary services
• Financial and budget control - Manage clients' FM budget by controlling costs against the budget
• Provide Health, Safety and Risk Management - Ensure clients' risks are managed proactively
• Execute Focused Improvement initiatives - Manage the team to add value through Focused Improvement initiatives
• Perform Business Management - Managed internal processes and staff according to Pragma standards
• Have formal monthly meetings with client(s) to discuss reports, contractors and issues
• Compile and analyse the monthly report
• Liaise with the clients to ensure business operations are not affected or disrupted
• Effective communication lines and relationships with the clients on site
