Job Summary Are you ready to take full ownership of a property's operations and keep everything running like clockwork? We're looking for a hands-on Facilities Manager who can balance maintenance, compliance & risk while driving budget, procurement and operational coordination to the next level.
? What you'll bring:

  • A degree/diploma in Facilities Management
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of preventative maintenance, contractor management and compliance standards
  • A proven track record of staff and contractor management
  • Must be a local citizen
