Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of facilities management.
  • Support in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and service providers
  • Provide assistance with vehicle fleet management, including monitoring usage. Schedule services and maintaining vehicle records.
  • Monitoring workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Assist in maintaining asset records for furniture and office equipment.
  • Support the team in space planning and office moves.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of NQF7 qualification in Facilities Management
Competencies:
  • Strong communication (Verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational and time management abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Computer literacy (Ms Office-Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
