Job Summary A Facilities & Maintenance Manager is required to manage with a dedicated focus the day-to-day maintenance operation in area of responsibility with his team of foreman and artisans. The role includes prioritizing, scheduling, and allocation of maintenance tasks to different department including a manufacturing area. The maintenance manager is responsible for controlling of the approved maintenance budget. Desired Experience & Qualification Matric Registered Electrician would be distinct advertence. If not Electrician another trade related qualification would be beneficial Detailed Electrical, plumbing, building and repair knowledge and experience 5+ years Proven track record on Project management with verifiable references Management of team 5+ years Computer literacy with report writing abilities, Own reliable transport - ability to travel between premises, Strong management / inter personnel skills, Hands-on person
