Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee office facilities and critical systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, IT, safety).
  • Conduct regular inspections to maintain a safe and compliant environment.
  • Manage outsourced warehouses and ensure accurate inventory, stock planning, and timely ordering.
  • Oversee company fleet administration, including maintenance and insurance coordination.
  • Lead and support the Customer Service team, including training and performance management.
  • Act as Health & Safety representative, ensuring compliance with legislation.
  • Support operational processes to meet quality standards and assist in broader operational planning.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in operations/ facilities/ logistics in the medical device industry (renal care experience preferred).
  • Experience with import/export procedures in South Africa.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations.
