Facilities Coordinator

Tsebo Facilities Solutions is looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator to support site operations and ensure service excellence. The role involves coordinating building maintenance, managing suppliers, supporting financial processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily visitor and meeting room requirements
- Monitor maintenance requests and supplier performance
- Manage procurement and invoice processes
- Support budget tracking and reporting
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Customer-focused and professional
- Able to work independently and in teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Grade 12; facility/building qualification is a plus
- 3 years' experience in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and Infor EAM
- Valid driver's license
