Join a leading manufacturing business specialising in high-precision plastic components through injection moulding and extrusion. With over three decades of industry expertise, this company values hands-on leadership, innovation, and operational excellence to support their national client base across automotive, industrial, and commercial sectors.
You'll lead a team of Artisans in ensuring optimal performance of all utilities, electrical systems, and mechanical infrastructure. From troubleshooting complex faults to overseeing preventative maintenance and improving equipment uptime, you'll be deeply involved in root cause analysis, production support, safety compliance, and continuous improvement across the plant's operations.
Job experience and Skills Required:
- N5 in Electrical or Electronics (minimum); Trade Test is advantageous
- 15-20 years' experience in electrical maintenance
- Strong background in electrical panel wiring, fault finding, and PLC/VSD programming
- Hands-on experience with compressors, chillers, hydraulics, and water treatment systems
- Manufacturing background in plastics/injection moulding/extrusion is highly preferred
