Job Summary Duties & Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the Johannesburg facilities' maintenance, repairs, renovations or installations that may be required from time to time. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the company's commitment to quality, continuous improvement and respect for individuals. Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance. Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing preventive/predictive maintenance programs. Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the maintenance strategy. Manage the Health and safety processes and operation. Inspect work areas and equipment, to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and safety requirements. Ensure all suppliers adhere to company policies while on site. Monitor and review the performance of suppliers. Desired Experience & Qualification MINIMUM QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related qualification. 10 years' experience in Engineering. 5 years' experience as a Senior Technician / Maintenance manager. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Critical thinking and Problem Solving skills. Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and compliance. Must have knowledge of Project Management Principles and Practices. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
