To ensure that learners are trained, assessed and certified as competent in the relevant Unit Standard by meeting the company and the SAQA standards
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of training rooms
Assisting with Registration process and documentation
Ensuring that the appropriate training material, stationery and equipment is available and in excellent working order before the Training Session commences
Creating and nurturing a positive learning environment that stimulates learning and motivates the Delegate
Facilitating programmes according to the Facilitator Guide, the self-prepared Lesson Plan and SAQA facilitation best practice
Evaluating assessments
Providing assessment feedback
Reviewing and summarising course evaluations
Minimum requirements:
Matric, coupled with Assessor and / or Moderator qualification and experience
First Aid and Fire Fighting training experience
Must have a safety qualification
Facilitate Working at Heights
3 -5 years site experience in safety
Must be fluent in Zulu
Must be willing to travel to other branches as and when required
