What You'll Do:
Champion the
Harambee Way of Working
through high-impact facilitation and culture-building sessions.
Design and deliver engaging workshops that support
change management
,
wellness
, and
systems transformation
.
Act as a
culture ambassador
, working with change champions to monitor sentiment and drive continuous improvement.
Coordinate and support training logistics, from scheduling to materials and venue setup.
Manage training enrolments, participant communication, and feedback collection.
Support
Talent Engagement surveys
, data analysis, and action planning.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of engagement initiatives.
Maintain and manage the
Learning Management System (LMS)
and training resources.
What You Bring:
Matric / Grade 12 and a
Bachelor's degree
in HR, Business, or related field.
Minimum
2 years' experience
in HR with a focus on employee engagement and facilitation.
Experience with
HRIS
or employee engagement platforms.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
A passion for people, adaptability to change, and a collaborative spirit.
