In this role you will be responsible for:
Reporting to the Business Partner (HRD) and be responsible for all functions relating to the position Facilitator (HRD) HSEC
Performing facilitation and assessment and constantly ensure that high quality theoretical and practical training is presented at the training centre
Compliance with the company's HSEC system is essential
Ensuring implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards/policies
About you:
Grade 12
Computer Literacy
Relevant formal training qualification (Assessor/Facilitator certificate or alternately Train the Trainer certificate)
Minimum of three (2) years' experience as a facilitator within the mining environment
Proficient in English written language
