Duties & Responsibilities
Facilitation of Workshops and Training: Organize and conduct workshops, training sessions, and meetings that encourage participation and collaboration among team members.
Needs Assessment: Assess the needs of participants to tailor sessions that meet their specific requirements and objectives.
Agenda Development: Develop structured agendas for sessions that align with organizational goals and participant expectations.
Conflict Resolution: Manage group dynamics and address any conflicts or challenges that arise during sessions to maintain a productive environment.
Evaluation and Feedback: Implement evaluation techniques to assess the effectiveness of sessions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on session outcomes, participant engagement, and areas for improvement to management.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in facilitation and training methodologies.
