Job description
Prepare rotisserie chicken and other take away foods
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Meets customers' needs and expectations by asking, listening to and advising
customers as to options/services/products available
Ensure that the counter is stocked and has visually appealing displays
Ensure that waste is identified and removed
Demonstrate product knowledge and standards.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards
Adhere to shop-keeping disciplines
Minimise shrinkage
Demonstrates self-discipline with regards to attendance, dress code policy, hygiene and time-keeping
Minimum requirements
Preferably Grade 12 or equivalent NQF level
Minimum 6 months experience/attachment in an interactive counter
Be available and flexible to work different shifts and across the store
Detail orientation - Pays attention to quality standards.
Passion for retail and selling - Proactively engages and attracts the client into buying the product or service.
Anticipates and responds to customers' needs fast and effectively
Planning and Organising skills
Supports team members and gives valuable inputs to discussions or ways of working
