One of South Africa's largest manufacturers of industrial racking and shelving solutions, who pride themselves on their technical expertise, product quality, and industry reputation, are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven individual to join their KwaZulu-Natal team as an External Sales Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, developing new business, and coordinating day-to-day sales activities, administrative functions, and installation scheduling. Pinetown company are recruiting for an administrator who is exceptionally organized, has strong communication skills and able to multitask in a busy and varied position. The position involves extensive communication, both internally with various departments and drivers, as well as externally with clients to ensure that their stock is received timorously. Applicants should have a good general knowledge of the Greater Durban Area to assist drivers with planning their routes/ deliveries, as well as experience invoicing on Pastel. This position is Monday to Friday 6am-4pm, so preference will be given to candidates from the surrounding areas who have their own transport.
Electrical manufacturer and importer supplying the retail and wholesale market, require a Dispatch Supervisor to supervise the dispatch area, drivers and do fleet management. Duties will include route planning, prioritising and scheduling deliveries when needed, fleet administration, checking orders before dispatch, generating reports, and ensuring that all systems and controls are implemented and adhered to. Previous experience on Syspro or a similar ERP system would be an advantage. Driver's license and at least 5 years dispatch experience is essential. Preference will be given to applicants who are available immediately.
