Basic Salary: R20 000CTC plus Company Car and additional benefits!
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 Years successful previous experience as an External Sales Representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Previous Industry knowledge in Paint and Hardware
- Relevant Sales and Marketing qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skill.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companyxe2x80x99s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the Decorative market.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts.
- Remain abreast of all new products and competition status.
