What You'll Do:



Business Development & Sales Growth

: Actively

source, engage

, and close new

commercial accounts

, targeting industries like

transport

logistics

engineering

, and more.

Solution Selling

: Position Cartrack's

fleet management

and

telematics solutions

as critical tools that enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and safety for businesses.

Stakeholder Engagement

: Build and nurture strong relationships with

C-level executives

and key decision-makers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Sales Cycle Ownership

: Manage the

full sales cycle

from

prospecting

,

cold calling

,

pitching

, to

negotiating

and

closing deals

with a focus on long-term success.

Collaboration for Success

: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth

onboarding process

and successful client implementation, fostering strong

customer retention

and satisfaction.

Market Awareness

: Keep a close eye on

market trends

, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to adapt strategies that deliver

What You'll Bring:



Matric (Grade 12)

and a valid driver's license are essential

3-5 years

of experience in

B2B external sales

with a proven track record in

new business development

, particularly in

commercial sales

roles Strong

cold-calling

,

negotiation

, and

closing skills

, with the ability to engage

high-level decision-makers

Established

network

within key sectors such as

transport

,

logistics

,

engineering

, or any other

commercial business sector

Tech-savvy

with hands-on experience using

CRM software

sales enablement tools

to manage sales processes efficiently Self-motivated,

goal-oriented

, and capable of working independently to meet and exceed sales targets
