Develop and grow the sales & market share of BMG's product offering covering Bulk Materials Handling (Heavy Duty Belting), by engaging with the BMG branch network & customers. Offer product training to staff & customers, technical advice on new & existing installations, monitor the Bulk Materials Handling (Heavy Duty Belting) market, perform competitor analysis & identify new market & product opportunities.
Job objectives/Principal accountabilities:
Meet sales targets against specific product price lists in accordance with divisional strategy & set budgets
Stock management in accordance with company & divisional procedures
Maintain a regular calling schedule with BMG branch representatives to customers
Identify a set of key accounts to target & grow to an agreed budget
Conduct regular training presentations for both BMG staff & customers
Develop & maintain product literature
Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Valid driver's license
Minimum 5 years Bulk Materials Handling
Experience working on Kerridge (ERP System) will be advantageous
Client relationship management
Experience in customer negotiations i.e Trade Contracts etc.
