We are seeking motivated and professional Telemarketers to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, promoting our products and services, and generating new business opportunities. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive environment, utilising your communication expertise to build strong client relationships.

Duties

Convert qualified leads into loyal clients, using a structured script and personalised approach Educate and sell ADR & debt review removal solutions Guide clients step by step through the application process Consistently meet monthly sales targets while building trust Identify and qualify sales leads through effective communication and active listening Promote our products and services, highlighting key benefits tailored to client needs Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information within CRM software Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching targets Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries professionally and efficiently Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to enhance sales conversations

What We're Looking For:

Matric (Grade 12) Minimum 12 months telesales/call centre experience, Proven experience in B2C sales or telemarketing roles is desirable Experience in Debt Review Removal / ADR / Mediation / Collections Clear criminal record o Multi-lingual is essential Proficiency with CRM software and dialler is essential Excellent communication skills in English and other vernacular languages are a plus Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups effectively Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Outstanding interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is advantageous; training will be provided for the right candidate Previous experience in the debt review or collections industry is an advantage
