Landouks Properties, a fast growing and dynamic real estate agency based in Arcadia, Pretoria, is seeking
experienced and self motivated Real Estate Agents
withstrong cold calling and prospecting skills
to join our professional team.You will be responsible for
Generating leads through consistent cold calling.
Listing, marketing, and selling residential properties including sectional titles, townhouses, and estates. Conducting property valuations and providing clients with accurate market insights and CMA. Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Building and maintaining long term relationships with buyers, sellers, and landlords. Negotiating offers and facilitating smooth transactions through to registration. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales and lead-generation targets. Maintaining full compliance with PPRA regulations and Landouks brand standards.Candidate Requirements (Skills and Experience):
Minimum
1 year experience
in real estate sales or property rentals. Proven success incold calling, lead generation, and closing deals
. Must beregistered with the PPRA
with a valid FFC. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Confident, persuasive, and results-driven personality. Good knowledge of property markets. Must have own car, cellphone, and laptop.Job Type: Full-time
