Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing various types of meat
- Ensuring high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining inventory and managing stock levels
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a butcher
- Knowledge of different cuts of meat and preparation techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Grade 12
