Beauty / Somatology qualifications a MUST.
MUST have 4- 5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position.
MUST have excellent computer literacy skills (Excel, Word, Email, etc.) and good administrative skills.
MUST be an excellent Salesperson.
Have a strong record of Training and Leading people.
PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE OF: Babor & Kalahari.
MUST be proactive and always look for new opportunities to increase the overall wellness of the Spa.
MUST have excellent Product knowledge of various Spa products.
MUST be able to work under pressure.
MUST be Sales & Target driven and be able to motivate Therapists to reach targets.
Previous experience with the opening and implementation of a spa would be beneficial.
