? Role Overview About the Client: The client is a real estate professional focused on delivering a high-touch client experience while building a scalable, results-driven business. With an emphasis on operational excellence and strong client relationships, the business leverages systems and virtual support to optimize performance. The client is hiring through Inside Out Hiring, a trusted partner in building top-tier remote teams. About the Role: The role is for a proactive Executive Administrative Virtual Assistant with real estate experience who will provide essential back-office support and manage client communications. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. ? Key Responsibilities Provide back-end administrative support and assist with project coordination Manage and respond to emails and client communications in a professional manner Handle follow-ups with clients, agents, and vendors Maintain and update the CRM system, preferably Follow-Up Boss Assist with scheduling, document management, and task tracking Coordinate tasks between the real estate team and external partners Support lead generation and appointment setting as needed Assist with marketing-related tasks such as email campaigns or social media posts ? Qualifications & Skills Strong written and spoken English with clear and professional communication skills Prior experience in the real estate industry with understanding of terminology, timelines, and client expectations Comfortable using AI tools to support daily tasks Experience working with CRMs, with Follow-Up Boss as a plus Self-starter with a high level of initiative and ownership Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Able to work independently with minimal supervision Flexible, growth-oriented, and open to feedback and evolving responsibilities ?
