Our client is searching a seasoned, highly experienced 5* Executive Sous Chef with top 20 fine dining experience to join their team with a minimum of 5 years experience in the field. This position is for immediate placement. Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience as an Executive Sous Chef for a minimum of 5 years
Must have Fine Dining experience
  • Excellent record of kitchen management
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of delegating multiple tasks
  • Communication and leadership skills
  • Keep up with cooking trends and best practices
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, POS)
  • Learning and Development
  • Critical thinking skills
  • Cooking methodology
  • Food costing
  • Culinary Product Knowledge
