Join our team as an Executive Sous Chef with upmarket 4*-5* environment experience.We are looking for a talented Executive Sous Chef to join our team! Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Supervise and mentor kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food production
  • Assist with menu planning and development
  • Monitor and maintain kitchen inventory
We require local citizens who have a Diploma in Culinary Arts and min 5yrs experience as an Executive Sous Chef within an upmarket environment.If you have a passion for culinary excellence and proven experience in a leadership role, we would love to hear from you!
