Looking for a well-rounded, experienced Executive Sous Chef for an upmarket restaurant group based in Cape Town City Centre. Job Duties & Requirements: Restaurant Group is seeking passionate, dedicated Executive Sous Chef to join a growing group of restaurants in the heart of the city centre. The ideal applicant must be a creative individual who has a good understanding of growing teams and developing staff from within. You will be partnering with the Executive Chef & Group Head in running daily operations in the group. This will be dealing with the Head chefs of their respected restaurants, making sure SOP's are being followed and working closely with the Executive chef in all aspects of the business such as inspecting dishes before they arrive to our customers ensuring high quality of food/hygiene.
