Coordinate activities and requirements associated with the unit's executive office through the application of administrative and secretarial procedures and execution of sequences associated with communication, planning, prioritization and organization of critical, confidential and important appointments in order to ensure the Unit Head is kept abreast of requirements and adequate support is made available.

Execute specific instructions and applies laid down procedures with respect to coordinating the Executive Diary and specific events.
Performs specific tasks/ activities associated with the provision of Administrative support.
Attends to specific sequences associated with the notification, arrangement and provision of support at specific meetings/ discussions.
Maintains the executive correspondence/ information and record keeping system and Technical library and accesses records of discussions, instructions and correspondence or reference material.
Perform tasks associated with provision of a reception/ telephonic service.

Essential Requirements
Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative certificate.
2 Years relevant experience.

Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Secretarial studies.
