YOUR exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and experience with Salesforce & Outreach is sought by a US-based Company, with a modern data automation and integration platform seeking to fill the role of an Executive Sales Assistant. Your core role will be to support the Sales Director by removing administrative roadblocks. Daily tasks will include frequent customer communication; arranging sales meetings and follow-up calls; coordinating client proposals and tracking opportunities; preparing and packaging sales reports, contracts, forms and dashboards. The ideal candidate will consider themselves a roll-up your sleeves, xe2x80x9canything to get the job donexe2x80x9d individual who is willing to jump in and support the sales leadership team. You must have prior work experience in a similar role with proficiency with CRM tools Salesforce and Outreach and must be able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.

DUTIES:

  • It's all in the detail - A keen eye for detail is crucial, as you will be maintaining records; updating partner and client databases; confirming the accuracy of data in invoices and agreements; filing and ensuring that the operational processes of the sales team run smoothly.
  • Believe in the brand - Each and every member of the team should live the brand and be able to represent the value of products no matter who they interact with. Having the willingness to learn how to represent the brand is a must.
  • Hard work within a fast-paced environment - This is a fast-paced position that requires the ability to multitask, meet deadlines and perform under pressure to achieve departmental goals by adapting to ever-changing requirements. You must be comfortable, performing administrative tasks to best practice, as required, to support sales activities.
  • In it for the long haul - There is value in relationships and dependability. You need to be an independent thinker, adept at building strong relationships and gaining credibility as a trusted resource. You should be thoughtful and engage in getting to know and understand the Sales teams' roles, as well as the partners and clients supported.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous experience as an Executive Sales Assistant, or a similar role.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce and Outreach).
  • The ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
  • Outstanding ability to manage independently and be a team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and an aptitude in problem-solving.
