YOUR exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills and experience with Salesforce & Outreach is sought by a US-based Company, with a modern data automation and integration platform seeking to fill the role of an Executive Sales Assistant. Your core role will be to support the Sales Director by removing administrative roadblocks. Daily tasks will include frequent customer communication; arranging sales meetings and follow-up calls; coordinating client proposals and tracking opportunities; preparing and packaging sales reports, contracts, forms and dashboards. The ideal candidate will consider themselves a roll-up your sleeves, xe2x80x9canything to get the job donexe2x80x9d individual who is willing to jump in and support the sales leadership team. You must have prior work experience in a similar role with proficiency with CRM tools Salesforce and Outreach and must be able to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and perform under pressure.
