What will you do?



The successful candidate will provide high-level support to the CEO of SanlamAllianz Life Insurance and members of his leadership team by ensuring the smooth and efficient management of office, administrative, and event-related responsibilities. The role requires a trusted professional who can work with discretion, agility, and collaboration across multiple geographies across the continent.

What will make you successful in this role?



The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

Diary and travel management: Proactively managing complex calendars, meetings, and international travel arrangements. Process coordination: Coordinating payments, approvals, and related administrative activities with accuracy and timeliness. Event and office coordination: Supporting with internal events, leadership meetings, and workshops to ensure seamless execution. Stakeholder engagement: Managing internal and external stakeholder relationships with professionalism, tact, and discretion. Information management: Preparing documents and support with correspondence as and when required Cross-functional collaboration: Working closely with other Personal Assistants and teams across the SanlamAllianz HUB as well as different operating entities to ensure alignment and efficient flow of information. Support with ad hoc projects and tasks that may arise from time to time.
Qualification and Experience
Minimum of 7 years' experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role, preferably supporting senior executives. Experience with coordinating local and international travel arrangements is critical. A relevant diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
Advanced digital proficiency: Strong command of MS Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, Zoom) with the ability to adopt new platforms quickly. Organisational excellence: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, remain detail-oriented, and deliver under pressure. Professional communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to engage confidently with senior stakeholders across diverse contexts. Judgment and confidentiality: Proven ability to handle sensitive information responsibly, always exercising discretion and sound judgment.
