Job Description


All administrative, operational & marketing tasks:

  • Assist with or manage all administration
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Planning and organising meetings,
  • Taking action points and writing minutes,
  • Preparing papers for meetings,
  • Planning and organising projects
  • Assisting with marketing (including designing)
  • Planning and organising events
  • Planning & organising product launches
  • Manage & update website, catalogue and other marketing materials
  • Conducting research,
  • Preparing presentations,
Assisting directors with personal requirements

Minimum GR 12, preferably a diploma/degree in administration or marketing

Relevant experience

Valid drivers license

Fluent in Afrikaans & English

Excellent MS Office working knowledge

Canva or similar design experience

Presentable and neat

Excellent verbal and writing skills

Ability to organise

Willing to travel
