Develop & execute innovative, high-end pastry menus

Ensure impeccable taste, presentation & consistency every time

Oversee planning, preparation & production across projects

Collaborate with chefs & management to deliver luxury dining experiences

Manage stock, ordering & pastry operations efficiently
/p
p
Travel to support exciting consultancy projects & client venues
/p
p
? What you'll need:

Proven experience as an Executive Pastry Chef in ultra high-end restaurants (essential)

Strong leadership & team management skills
