Core Description
Act as the single point of contact for the overall Organizations Marketing, Public Relations, Branding and Communications (internally and externally) function. Provide direction, integrate and manage the Organizations Communications, PR, Branding and Marketing Strategy and budget in totality. This will be done in conjunction with the Organizations teams, Client Portfolio Management teams and the Market Segment Units as well as all other internal (including Corporate) and external leadership to ensure a positive Client experience.Key Performance:
xc2xb7 Accountable for the Brand custodianship and application within Organization.
xc2xb7 Overall accountability for Organizations Public Relations function (internal and external) in collaboration with Group Corporate Communications.
xc2xb7 Position, Implement and Manage the Organizations Marketing and Communications portfolio.
xc2xb7 Exposure of the Organizations brand with effective use of Through the Line campaigns.
xc2xb7 Develop the Marketing strategy and business plan working with other cross functional teams.
xc2xb7 Provide direction for the evolution and integration of, the Marketing strategy, in collaboration with the Organizations teams and Corporate Function.
xc2xb7 Develop and manage the Organizations Marketing budget inclusive of Branding, Event Management and Public Relations activities.
xc2xb7 Formulate the Communications & Promotions strategy, priorities and implementation plans.
xc2xb7 Oversee the delivery of Organizations related Communications & Promotions.
xc2xb7 Define supplier scope of work or scope of services and guide the procurement process to ensure right mix of suppliers fit for Organization's needs.
xc2xb7 Monitor the effectiveness of Communications & Promotions activities and adapt accordingly.
