An established and highly reputable property and finance group is seeking an experienced
Executive Managing Agent (EMA)
to assume full responsibility for the administration and operational management of sectional title schemes.This is a
full-time, accountable role
in terms of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), where the appointed EMA steps into the role traditionally performed by trustees.Key Responsibilities
Full oversight of
financial management
, including budgets, levies, collections and reporting Managingmaintenance
, service providers and common property matters Enforcement of conduct and management rules Owner and stakeholder engagement Oversight of compliance in line withSTSMA and PMR 28
Working closely with managing agents, accountants and legal advisors Preparing regular reports to members/owners Acting with full accountability for decisions taken on behalf of schemesMinimum Requirements
Proven experience in
sectional title / community scheme management
Strong understanding ofSTSMA
and related governance frameworks Financial literacy and comfort managing budgets and levy processes Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills High ethical standards and attention to detail Ability to work independently and make informed decisionsIdeal Candidate Profile

Remuneration
Market-related
