Our client is looking for level-headed candidate who will be responsible for the business strategies and marketing. The candidates' role will be crucial to the success of growing their company, as well as implementing and managing strategic directions for across the board.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate the company's mission, vision, and overall strategic direction.
  • Leadership: Lead and guide the management team and greater team, foster a positive company culture, and inspire the workforce to achieve goals.
  • Operations: Oversee all aspects of the company's day-to-day operations and make major business decisions.
  • Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with the board of directors, investors, partner and clients
  • Risk Management: Assess and minimize risks to the company and ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Marketing: Forge lasting relationships with Corporations and OEM's in the automotive industry. Doing insightful presentations to showcase the capabilities of the company.
  • Digital Marketing: Create new strategies and campaigns
Skills:
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams, including senior management.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to develop and implement strategies.
  • Communication: Strong verbal, written, and public speaking skills to effectively communicate with internal and external audiences.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in senior management, ideally in the same or a similar industry, with knowledge of corporate governance.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build consensus and foster positive relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Internal marketing & brand image: Build on the existing brand image through various marketing techniques, reach areas where we have not built any relationships
  • Sales: Drive new sales to bigger corporates, develop sales strategies and with a 6 - 12 month execution plan
  • Creative: Provide creative ideas to the team, provide creative ideas for marketing campaigns for clients
  • Paid media: Review paid media campaigns, review number of leads received per client, change campaigns where leads are not performing well
Qualifications & Experience:
  • B Degree in Marketing/Business administration
  • +/- 10 years experience in Marketing
  • Proficient in using the Google suite or Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in using software such as CANVA for the building of presentations to clients
  • Experience with pitching Marketing strategies to corporate clients
  • Must have an understanding of how the design process works
  • Must have knowledge on how the web development process works
Requirements:
  • Valid SA ID
  • Valid SA Drivers' license with no endorsements
  • Clear criminal record
  • Reside in Johannesburg
Salary: Market related depending on experience
