Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished, director-level leader to own the strategic overhaul and execution of our end-to-end post-sales client journey and field operations across our key territories in Africa and broader Middle East and European regions.
This role is not for status-quo management; it is a mandate for operational transformation. You will be responsible for building a high-performance culture, driving strategic alignment between technical execution and commercial growth, and ensuring system reliability (hardware and software) that defines world-class standards in heavy industrial technology.
Your Primary Focus Areas:

• Executive Leadership & Change: Lead the development, cross-skilling, and integration of high-potential field engineering and project management teams across diverse geographies. Must possess proven turnaround capabilities.
• Operational Prowess: Accountable for the successful, on-time, and profitable deployment of complex, multi-million dollar technology solutions in challenging environments. Establish and enforce new global standards for service delivery and maintenance.
• Client Success & Uptime: Guarantee critical system availability (KPIs) and actively shape client retention and expansion strategies through proactive, data-driven support and maintenance services.
• Commercial Growth: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within the client base for service and spare parts revenue growth.

Candidate Profile - Critical Non-Negotiables

• Experience: 10+ years in executive leadership, specifically scaling multi-regional service delivery, field engineering, or technical client success functions within the heavy industry technology or complex industrial IoT sector.
• Qualifications: Essential technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field). Demonstrated mastery of project governance is critical; PMP or equivalent extensive project delivery experience is required.
• Leadership: Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, manage cosmopolitan teams, and champion a customer-first mindset.
• Mobility: Must be able to accommodate significant and frequent regional travel.
