to oversee housekeeping operations at a

. This role requires a detail-oriented leader with a passion for excellence in cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team management. Previous hospitality and time share experience would be advantageous. It's high-volume guest turnover with over 400 units, 1000 bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

Manage and coordinate

Assistant Housekeepers, Supervisors, Room Attendants, and Housemen
/strong

p
Work closely with
strong
Reception, Maintenance, Security, and Room Service
/strong
to ensure smooth operations.
/p
/li
li
p
Maintain strict housekeeping standards while staying within allocated budgets for cleaning supplies, salaries, and other costs.
/p
/li
li
p
Oversee the condition and maintenance of accommodation and public spaces.
/p
/li
li
p
Implement and monitor
strong
on-the-job training programs
/strong
for housekeeping staff.
/p
/li
li
p
Order and manage cleaning chemicals, materials, linen, and uniforms.
/p
/li
li
p
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hygiene regulations.
/p
/li
li
p
Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Experience:

Hospitality Diploma/Degree
/strong
(Essential for work permits and visas).

p
strong
3-5 years of experience
/strong
in

housekeeping or supervisory management

within hotels, resorts, or lodges.

Previous experience in establishments with
strong
200-300 rooms
/strong

p
Proficiency in

hospitality Property Management Systems (PMS)
/strong

p
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain high standards while managing budgets and resources.
