? Full kitchen management-ordering, stock control, cost management and administration

? Designing delectable menus and executing them to world-class standards

? Training, mentoring and inspiring a team of chefs

? Upholding the highest hygiene and HACCP standards

? Embracing sustainability and the farm-to-fork ethos

? Crafting epic bush banquets and interactive guest dining experiences

Ideal Ingredients:

??? Minimum 5+ years as an Executive Chef in a luxury lodge/hotel environment

? Recognised degree or diploma in culinary arts

? Prior experience working in Africa's wilderness lodges preferred

? Strong communication skills in English (basic Setswana a bonus!)
