This lodge caters exclusively to international guests, specialising in niche equestrian experiences-so your culinary skills will create unforgettable dining memories! ? Key Responsibilities: ??? Plan, prepare & present high-quality meals with exceptional taste & presentation ? Manage kitchen operations: menus, stock, ordering & cost control ? Lead, train & motivate kitchen staff ? Adapt menus for international dietary requirements ? Ensure full compliance with health & hygiene regulations ? Coordinate with lodge operations to enhance guest experiences ? Key Requirements: ? Proven Executive Chef experience, luxury/safari lodge preferred ? Creative, flexible & guest-focused ? Strong leadership, organisation & time-management skills ?
